1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of tayyab.dev and any services provided by Tayyab Dev ("we", "us"). By accessing the site or engaging services, you agree to these Terms.
2. Use of Site Content
Content published on tayyab.dev (articles, visuals, code snippets, downloads) is for personal or internal business use.
- Attribution is required when sharing excerpts publicly.
- Full republication, redistribution, or resale requires prior written consent.
- Content is provided "as is" for educational and informational purposes.
3. Project Engagements
All client work is agreed in writing (proposal or SoW) detailing:
- Scope, deliverables, responsibilities, timeline, and investment.
- Billing schedule and payment terms (invoices due within 14 days unless stated otherwise).
- Change requests are handled through a mutual change process and may affect cost/timeline.
3.1 Intellectual Property
- Upon full payment, final deliverables are assigned to the client unless otherwise agreed.
- We may reuse general know‑how, non‑confidential patterns, and reusable libraries.
- Third‑party licenses (fonts, images, SDKs) are the client's responsibility unless included.
3.2 Client Responsibilities
- Provide timely feedback, access, and materials necessary to deliver the project.
- Nominate a single decision‑maker to avoid conflicting directions.
4. Communication & Availability
Email is the default communication channel. Slack or similar tools can be used for active projects. Typical response windows are within 24 hours on business days.
5. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential information private and use it solely for the engagement. NDAs can be executed on request.
6. Warranties & Disclaimer
- Services are provided with reasonable skill and care consistent with industry practice.
- No guarantee is given that deliverables will be error‑free or achieve specific outcomes.
- The site and content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific services giving rise to the claim.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate an engagement for material breach not cured within 10 days of written notice. Fees for work completed up to termination remain payable.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Tayyab Dev operates unless agreed otherwise in a written contract.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site or services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance.
